Price Match Policy

At Sea & Stone Bath, we don't only want to offer you the best service and quality. We want to make sure you are getting the most value from your purchase. 

With our Sea & Stone Bath Price Match Policy, we commit to doing our best to match or beat prices found elsewhere online. 

If you find a better price listed for one of the products we sell, please reach out to us at support@seaandstonebath.com or via our Chat. In the email, please include the name of the product and a link to the product on the competitor's site. 

 

In order to meet our price match policy:

• - Product must be valued over $100.00 
• - Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• - The item must be in stock on the competitors website
• - The competitor must be an online store. They may not have a retail location
• - The website can not be a "Big Box Store", discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, Bed Bath & Beyond (formerly Overstock), Amazon, Home Depot etc..)
• - The product cannot be on sale
• - The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
• - The product must be sold and shipped by the competitor.
• - The Price Match Policy includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

 

The SKU is the best way to tell if a product is the same.

 

Sea & Stone Bath reserves the right to refuse a price match for any reason, including but not limited to:

• - The competitor's price is not valid or verifiable.
• - The competitor's price is not for the same product.
• - The competitor is offering a special promotion or discount that Sea & Stone Bath is unable to match.
• - The product is not in stock at Sea & Stone Bath.
